Organic cleaning products can be so expensive! For those of you who haven’t taken the leap to simply rely on water, vinegar, and essential oils for cleaning, this is a good time to stock up on some earth-friendly cleaning products! I personally like to buy Seventh Generation’s Dish Soap, but I also have been very pleased with their other cleaning products. Seventh Generation seems to have launched an enormous marketing plan which includes generous deals and coupons, and now they have a rebate going, making it very affordable (even free in some cases!) to get these products. I love how organic products are becoming more affordable with demand!!!!

Here in the NW, Albertsons is selling some of their Seventh Generation products on clearance for $2.00 each. Paired with a coupon and the rebate, you could get some free cleaning products!

I have heard reports from a few sources that Babies R Us also has Seventh Generation Products on Clearance. It’s worth checking out if you live close to one!
Fred Meyer
Freddie’s (a Kroger affiliate) has all of their Seventh Generation Cleaning items on sale for 30% off. The prices will vary, but this is a great time to match up a manufacturer’s coupon with a sale AND a rebate!
Target
Last I checked, Seventh Generation cleaners were priced at $2.99 each. That was last Tuesday (but that was the regular price as far as I could tell). If you purchase 3 and use 3 $1 off coupons, you would pay about $6 out of pocket and get a $5 rebate, which is not quite free but almost free.
Whole Foods
Whole Foods also has an internet store coupon for $1 off 7th Generation products! Match it with your manufacturer’s coupons and the rebate for a great deal!
And in today’s Albertson’s flyer, there are three “double your coupon” coupons, good for an additional $1 value on any manufacturer’s coupon. Pretty soon they’ll be paying us to shop. Oh, sorry, I’m dreaming again…

I used to love these products until I learned from their customer service folks that they use GMO ingredients in their products. Sadly, I do not use them anymore.

The customer service folks said they don’t know whether the ingredients are GMO or not, but with GMO corn and soy taking up the large majority of the market, it is only if you specify organic that you can know it is not GMO. And GMO is much cheaper than organic.
