I know there are various rules and dispensations for the Nativity Fast, but for those looking for yet more vegan resources, I stumbled upon this blog, with lots of links: http://living-vegan.blogspot.com/2007/02/vegan-sample-meal-plans.html

Take it with a grain of salt ;)

Your menu sounds delicious (as usual)! :) Wow- smoked salmon. That is something I really miss after living in Alaska.

    Blessings,

How do you do the smoked salmon and nori rollups? Just nori and salmon? Or do you add anything else? It sounds good!

I forgot all about mango lassis, what a great idea for a breakfast/snack for extra protein.
