Make these delicious, healthy, cookies as a snack or even as a breakfast on the go:
2 cups almond flour (I get mine at Trader Joe’s)
4 T butter, melted (Coconut oil also works and makes them vegan)
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
Optional add-ins: 1/2 cup raisins, 1/4 cup shredded coconut, 1/4 cup chopped nuts
350 degrees
1. Cream together first three ingredients. Add the spices and baking soda.
2. Fold in optional ingredients, if using.
3. Drop by spoonfuls on parchment-lined cookie sheets.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

My family would love these. AND I love they are naturally gluten free and nutrient dense, and you have a dairy free option as well.

    Thank you!

Wait, you make cinnamon bun Lara bars? mmmm….

That looks good Carrie! I would use dried cranberries, cherries or blueberries some time instead of raisins…of course, being me I might add chocolate too, but that would make them decadent :)
    Those Lara bars sound good…
Can’t wait to see y’all and squeeze the little ones, 21 days away!
    Love,
    Aunt Helen
